Le Dian Hotel ★★★★

Rooms comfortable, but poor view from the room. Breakfast very sumptuous but had to wait for long time for buggy pick up as restaurant very far from room. Staff very friendly but delayed room service for our orders.

my room is huge. the tv work well. aircond was great

the staff refuse to register our stay, even we already book on booking.com. we argue with him, he keep asked us to pay for extra money, luckily i show him my booking reference,he finally register our room.

Cottage condition is very good, many spaces for parking, and the pool side also very nice.

First receptionist on duty asked me to check in at 13.00 exactly same with info I got from booking.com. When I came back atn13.30, the other receptionist asked me to check in at 14.00. After I told him that I was here 2 hours a go and nobody inform about 14.00, finally he let me to check in immediately. House keeping asked me whether he can clean up the cottage now, since we just prepared for leaving outside then I request him to give me 5 minutes time so that he can freely clean our cottage up. After I came back 2 hour later, he missed to clean our cottage. Security at cottage not equipped with comms facility to call helper for carrying our luggages. We have to wait almost 10 minutes to see the helper come up by himself.

The cheesecake is very very good.

Everything. It is a family resort style hotel. Many families with lots of children all running around between different rooms making noise and ringing doorbells.

The staff and the facilities are good

The location of the cottage is a bit further behind, separated by swimming pool and tennis court. If only I had known that earlier...
